Information management centers
Our twelve information management centers are located mainly in the Kanto and Kansai areas. Each center has its own role with an air-conditioned storage space for magnetic media, a section for special purposes including storage of historical materials and medicine development (GxP)-related materials, and a fully automated warehouse for document boxes. Specialized facilities match the characteristics of media to preserve and store the information assets of our customers.

Our data centers support disaster recovery. The centers are used by the customers who require facilities and operations with strict requirements, such as financial institutions.

- Recruitment of personnel considering their qualities and aptitudes for information handling and substantial education and training
Paper documents and recording media are managed in optimal condition to prevent deterioration and for efficient utilization
Preservation and storage environment

- Eliminate the factors that may cause a fire in warehouses and install gas fire extinguishing equipment etc. suitable for the stored materials
